Founder’s Profile
Adv. Rizwana Nikam, Founder and Director of Aarsh Medical Center, is a dynamic healthcare professional with a
diverse background in medicine, diagnostics, and law. She began her journey after graduating with a B.Sc. in
Microbiology from Lokmanya Tilak Municipal Medical College & Hospital (Sion, Mumbai), where she also worked
for three years. She then joined Breach Candy Hospital, one of India’s premier healthcare institutions, where she
gained extensive experience in patient care and clinical operations. Later, she pursued B.H.M.S. from Belgaum,
Karnataka, and successfully established a diagnostic laboratory at Shubham Hospital & ICU. To strengthen her
understanding of medico-legal frameworks, she completed her LL.B. in 2017. Her unique blend of clinical,
administrative, and legal expertise continues to drive Aarsh Medical Center toward excellence and ethical
practice.
